Iron ore deposits

Iron is extremely common in the Earth crust (about 5%), however, as a resource, is represented here as iron ore. It comes in few varieties: hematite, magnetite, taconite. The iron ore reserves are estimated at 800 billion ton, with iron content of about 230 billion ton.
